Polish Getin Holding S.A. concluded an agreement with a group of companies Dragon Capital. According to it, 100% of the shares of the Ukrainian Idea Bank will be sold for almost UAH 1.4 bln.
The Polish holding completely gets rid of the shares of Idea Bank (Lviv) and LLC New Financial Service (Kiev).

Luxembourg-based holding company ABH Holdings S. A. (owner of Alfa-Bank Ukraine) is in the process of acquiring 100% shares of Ukrsotsbank which belong to UniCredit Group in the structured share swap deal. Alfa-Bank’s press office is the source of this information. UniCredit shall get 9,9% stake in ABH Holdings S.A. with the right to appoint 1 Member in ABHH’s Board as well as the right to take the holding public (initiate ABHH’s IPO).

Bank of Georgia (BoG) announced about the purchase of the PrivatBank’s Georgian subsidiary bank. As reported by the press service of BoG, the financial institution has signed a memorandum with the PrivatBank headquarters, located in Dnepropetrovsk, and its subsidiary PB Group about the purchase of 100 percent shares of the Georgian subsidiary bank of Ukraine’s PrivatBank for GEL 92 million (USD 51 million). Thus, the bank was sold with the capital multiplier of 1.18.
