The largest shareholder of the "Ukrainian capital" bank has sold 56.55% of its shares and resigned from its shareholders. This was reported in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, citing the data from PJSC "The National Depository of Ukraine" of 17 March.

According to the "Ukrainian capital" bank, by January 1, 2014 the Chairman of the Board, Vladimir Gavriliuk, owned 56.5482% shares in the financial institution. As the bank reported, a few individuals have bought the shares, each of whom took possession of less than 10% of the shares.

The "Ukrainian capital" bank was established in 1992. According to the NBU, by 1 January 2014 the "Ukrainian capital" bank by its total assets (UAH 481 million) took 142nd place among 180 banks operating in Ukraine.
