Ukrainian logistics company Mist Express purchased the largest courier delivery service of Ukraine Postman. This information was published in the newspaper Capital. According to the entry in the Unified State Registry of Physical and Legal Entities, 95% of Postaman now belongs to the president of Mist Express Rostislav Kisil, the remaining 5% belong to Mist-Group. The price and conditions of this transaction are confidential.

At the same time, two post companies - Tochka (24 divisions) and Star Express (50 divisions) passed into the ownership of Mist Group. These three companies previously belonged to the consulting firm PGK Groupe. Experts stipulate that the total cost of all assets is USD 5-8 mln .

Postman has been operating on the Ukrainian market for over seven years, it provides courier deliveries to more than 23 thousand administrative units of the country. The area of warehouses of the enterprise is around 10 thousand sq.m.. The market share of Postman in monetary equivalent in the total volume of the market at the end of 2013 was 2.4%. This enabled Postman to become one of the top-10 logistics agents of the country.
