According to periodical delo.ua with the reference to the National Securities & Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) disclosure system, the offshore company Natural and Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plc (Douglas, Isle of Man) has increased its stake in public joint stock company on gas supply and gasification "Kremenchuggaz" from 24% to 45.81% of the shares. Accordingly, the equity stake of the "Group of Companies "Sodruzhestvo" LLC has decreased from 47.8099% to 26%.
Earlier, in July 2013, ACU (Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine) allowed Natural and Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plc to acquire over 50% of the shares of the gas supply enterprise "Kremenchuggaz" and control over "Hersongaz".
"Kremenchuggaz" (Kremenchug, Poltava region) is engaged in gas transportation by distribution pipelines and sells gas to the population and municipal organizations in Kremenchug, Poltava region. NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" and "Group of Companies "Sodruzhestvo" LLC own 25% and 26% of "Kremenchuggaz" shares respectively. At privatization tender, which took place in September 2012, the "Group of Companies "Sodruzhestvo" LLC paid UAH 21.7 million for 26% of the shares of PJSC "Kremenchuggaz" (at an initial price of UAH 6.7 million).
