Company Severstal-Trade Gmbh (Austria), the subsidiary company of the one of the world’s leading vertically integrated steel and steel-related mining companies “Severstal” (Russia), has entered into a definitive agreement with Emi Deutschland GmbH to sell 98,6578% of authorized capital of Ukrainian enterprise "Dneprometiz" (Dnepropetrovsk). It was reported by the Interfax-Ukraine.

It is expected that the deal will be closed in 2015 after antitrust checking and implementation of other standard conditions. Other details of the deal are not disclosed.

Ukrainian enterprise "Dneprometiz" has finished the year 2013 with a loss of UAH 13.4 million, reducing the net income by 8.92% or UAH 56.796 million to UAH 579.72 million compared with 2012 year. The enterprise specializes in the production of low-carbon products: wire, wire netting, nails. Deliveries are made to the markets of Ukraine, Russia, Europe and CIS countries.
