Here as Tomash Fiala commented this deal: "We are pleased to announce the addition of a first-class shopping and entertainment center to our commercial real estate portfolio. "Victoria Gardens" shopping mall is our first acquisition outside the Kiev region and it's no coincidence that it is located in Lviv, one of the most dynamic cities of Ukraine. We believe in the potential for the development of the city and this recently opened shopping center. We currently focus on the completion of construction works and the appeal of "Victoria Gardens" to customers with the active marketing and the strengthening of the existing list of tenants."
Meanwhile, the representative of the sellers of the shopping center "Victoria Gardens" - Sergey Ovchinnikov says: "Our efforts to create a high-quality and convenient project for the customer have reached the logical end of development. We are pleased that the professional investor Dragon Capital appreciated our work."
