According to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Vinnitsa company "Vinfort" is allowed to concentrate over 50% of the Odessa champagne factory, which is part of Gruppo Campari since 2009. The main products of the factory are the wines under the trademarks "Odessa", L'Odessika and Henri Roederer. Gruppo Campari itself produces liqueurs Campari, whiskey Wild Turkey, champagne Cinzano etc.

As previously reported in the media, Gruppo Campari in the autumn of 2013 has made a strategic decision to focus only on the supply of drinks and not on their production in Ukraine. In this regard, it was decided to sell the Odessa champagne factory, and in February 2014 a deal to sell the plant was closed.

In 2013, the loss of the Odessa champagne factory amounted to UAH 27 million. The plant was purchased by the Italian Gruppo Campari in 2008 from the concern "Overline" owned by Boris Kaufman for USD 18 million. Odessa champagne factory produces 34 kinds of products under the trademarks "Odessa", L'Odessika and Henri Roederer. Production capacity is 15 million bottles of champagne and sparkling wine per year.

"Vinfort" specializes in the import and trade of alcoholic beverages. It was established in 1999.
