Russian Pervy Kanal withdrew its share from the TV channel Inter. According to the notification of Group DF, the company GDF Media and its affiliate Inter Media Group purchased minority blocks of shares from their partners - 29% of shares which belonged to Pervy Kanal JSC (RF) and 10% from the company Pegas Televideniye, which was owned by the widow of the founder of Inter Igor Pluzhnikov. This information was announced in the notification of Group DF.

The Group EastOne of Victor Pinchuk sells the company ”Publishing House “Ekonomika”. The new owner, according to the data from the Forbes, will be Irina Rubis - current CEO of Ekonomika Communication Hub. Irina Rubis officially take ownership from November 1, 2014. At the same time, according to the Forbes source, it is not, most likely, a complete sale of the company “Ekonomika”, but only of the part of its assets.
