The group Investment Capital Ukraine (ICU) finalized the purchase of Avangard Bank and became its full shareholder, according to the press service of the ICU.
The group Investment Capital Ukraine (ICU) decided to buy Avangard Bank in October 2013 in order to expand the activities of ICU in the financial market of Ukraine. The presence of a banking license will allow ICU to effectively and efficiently serve the transactions with securities and other financial instruments.
Group Investment Capital Ukraine (ICU) was established in 2006. ICU specializes in securities trading, investment banking, and management of assets of collective investment institutions.
The authorized capital of the Avangard Bank is UAH 122 million. The Bank is registered in July 2013, has a full banking license, as well as NCSSM licenses for brokerage and dealer activity, underwriting, and securities management.
