Terra Food Corporation intends to purchase 8.016 million shares of the “Trostianets dairy factory” PJSC (Vinnytsia region) or 86.0981% of the securities in circulation, delo.ua reported. According to the announcement from Terra Food Milk Ukraine Limited in the disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, the corresponding shares is planned to be acquired from "Milk Alliance" PJSC.

If the deal goes through, the Trostianets dairy factory will become the eleventh dairy processing establishment of Terra Food Group Company. According to experts, Terra Food Corporation of Stanislav Voytovych through such purchase wants to expand the raw material zone in the Vinnytsia region.

“Trostianets dairy factory” PJSC produces dairy products, butter, spreads, cheese.

Terra Food Group Company, established in 2006, is one of Ukraine's largest manufacturing and trading holdings, which includes three lines of business - dairy, meat and agribusiness. The production capacity of ten dairy processing facilities is comprised of: 31 000 tonnes of cheese, 78 000 tonnes of butter and spreads, and also 61 000 tonnes of fresh milk products per year. The company's key brands are: Premialle, Bila Linia, Tulchinka, Ferma, Vapnyarka.
