Agroholding "Industrial Milk Company" (IMC) bought additional 60% in LLC "Agrokim" (Chernigovskaya region) with a land bank of 16 thousand hectares and facilities for the storage of 195 thousand tons of grains and oilseeds. Deal value is USD 18 million. Earlier, in August 2013 Agriholding IMC has acquired 40% of LLC "Agrokim" for USD 12 million.

According to the State Register, the IMC was a minority owner of "Agrokim" through "Unigrain Holding Limited", while the second party was PJSC "Slobozhanshchina Agro".

Industrial Milk Company specializes in the production of cereals, oilseeds and potatoes, is one of the largest milk producers in Ukraine. In 2012, net profit of Agroholding "Industrial Milk Company" was USD 18.7 million, which is by 8% more than in 2011. With this the revenues in 2012 increased by almost 2.6 times - up to USD 75.25 million. Upon completion of the transaction the land bank of IMC is valued at 136.7 thousand hectares, the storage capacity – at 554 thousand tons.
