The largest shareholder of OJSC "Myronivsky Hliboproduct" Yurii Kosiuk has sold 100% of shares in Berezanska Poultry Factory to five Cyprus companies Proscar Trading Limited, Digomax Limited, Sitate Limited, Gresley Holdings Limited and Pentamorfo Limited, which had not previously owned securities of Berezanska Poultry Factory. It was reported by the UNIAN agency.

According to the experts, the purchase of the company is Oleg Bakhmatiuk’s doing. He is the one who owns Avangard Agroholding that produces more than half of all commercial eggs in Ukraine. At the same time, the Cyprus companies, which became shareholders of Berezanska Poultry Factory, are also co-owners of "Kievskaya Poultry Factory", that, according to the experts, is one of the non-public assets of Oleg Bakhmatiuk.

The transaction value is estimated in UAH 250-300 million.

Berezanska Poultry Factory (Kyiv region, Baryshevsky district) specializes in the production of commercial eggs and also dry egg products. The company has more than 1.2 million bird places. The volume of production is 200 million commercial eggs per year.

OJSC "Myronivsky Hliboproduct" (MHP) is one of the largest agricultural holdings in Ukraine, a leading producer of poultry meat (TM "Nasha Ryaba"). Agricultural holding is also engaged in the production of cereals, sunflower oil, beef, potatoes and other food products (TM "Legko!", "Foie Gras", "Certified Angus", "Druzhba Narodov", "Baschinsky", "Europroduct"). Land-bank is about 360 thousand hectares, including 40 thousand hectares in Russia ("Voronezh Agro Holding"). 65% of the shares in MHP is controlled by Yuriy Kosiuk, 35% of the shares is traded on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
